Domestic postal items and money transfers are addressed in the Cyrillic alphabet, and international postal items – in Latin letters and Arabic numerals.

In the lower right corner of the item, the data for the recipient of the item is entered:

• name, second name and last name;
• address - street, number, block, entrance, floor, apartment;
• district;
• postal code and name of the settlement, and for international items the name of the country.

In the upper left corner or in the upper part of the reverse side of the item (except for parcels) the data of the sender of the item is entered:

• name, second name and last name;
• address - street, number, block, entrance, floor, apartment;
• district;
• postal code and name of the settlement, and for international items the name of the country.

In addition to the above, users may address postal items and money transfers:

• Poste restante/On demand - at the post office (PO) of delivery, indicating the name of the recipient
• To a subscription mailbox - by indicating the recipient's name and the number of the mailbox in the post office of delivery.
