DELAY IN THE RETURN OF UNDELIVERABLE CONSIGNMENTS IN ISRAEL

The postal operator of Israel has informed us that due to new customs regulations concerning the return of imports, Israel Post has not returned undeliverable consignments in Israel to the countries of origin of the consignments since the beginning of 2023.

The return of undeliverable consignments will be phased, starting on September 1, 2023.
