SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL TAX RETURNS /ATR/ FOR 2023 UNDER ART. 50 OF THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX ACT IN POST OFFICES

Bulgarian Posts reminds its customers that taxable persons under Art. 50 of the Personal Income Tax Act can send their ATR to the relevant NRA office as registered mail with an advice of delivery at any post office in the country, or submit the ATR for direct entry at 299 post offices throughout the country.

Declarations for direct entry can be submitted in person or by an authorized person.

The necessary forms are available free of charge at the post office.

Envelopes for sending the returns can also be purchased.

Additional information, as well as assistance in filling in the returns (which appendix of the income tax return should be completed in a particular case), can be obtained by calling the NRA information line 0700 18 700, on the NRA website or at the NRA offices.
