DIFFICULTIES WITH THE DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS IN ISRAEL

The postal operator of Israel has informed that mail is still not delivered to certain areas, which remain affected by the conflict and whose population has been displaced to other locations.  

Whenever possible, Israel Post forwards mail to alternative addresses. In most cases all residents have been moved to other settlements, and Israel Post forwards mail to the alternative addresses of the recipients, but delivery delays are experienced.  

The residents of some settlements have been moved to different locations. In such cases mail is forwarded only to those recipients who have personally notified Israel Post of their new address. The remaining mail is subject to return to senders. A list of the affected settlements with their respective postcodes, provided by the postal operator of Israel, is available.

In the attached table it is also indicated whether mail is transferred collectively to the new location.
