An alphanumeric combination of thirteen characters. The number starts with the letters PS.

• Outbound international items are tracked on Bulgarian Posts' website until they leave Bulgaria, and then on the official website of the postal operator in the country of destination.

• Inbound international items are tracked on the official website of the postal operator in the sending country until their arrival in Bulgaria, after which they are tracked on the official website of Bulgarian Posts Plc.
